Follow this link to the Discovery Report website has two tools to help insure your staff has a good relationship.  At the Discovery Report website, under the TOOLS tab, you will find the RELATIONSHIP FEEDBACK and TEAM CHARTS menu items.
These links will help you get a feel for how both tools work.  Listed on each link are valid codes that you can copy and paste into the appropriate spaces to get your example reports.  There are also links to each person's assessment for you to review below the main report.
Please be aware that each person in your organization would also have to take an online assessment for this to work.  You might want to make this available for your executive team to help them with the ‘people' aspect of managing.

Relationship Feedback

This section provides a customized interaction report for two people who have taken an online assessment.   You use the codes from an online assessment to generate the report.

Team Charts

This section provides a composite graph of all the members who have taken an online assessment.  You use the codes from an online assessments of your team members.
