Training is done at your facility. Not paying us for meeting room rental fees and refreshments is a huge savings.  That means more of your money is going to training your staff.

In fact, by using your conference room, the cost is low enough that you can afford to train your whole staff rather than sending a few people off site.  That’s more effective because they all represent your company to the public.  And it’s very difficult for people to come back and train the rest of the staff on what they just learned.

While having a passion for helping people improve their relationships, both professionally and personally, Happy People Enterprises specializes in rehabilitating compliance organizations. Having worked in regulatory enforcement/compliance work for 20 years, Pam knows firsthand the value of communicating what you mean. 

As we all know, communication is simple, it’s just not easy. How a message is delivered “and received” is key! Pam became a student of clear communication which helped her work and convey regulatory framework with homeowners, contractors, engineers, developers, architects and land planners, who were all experts in their field.

Realizing how important it is to communicate effectively, Pam decided that she not only wanted to help herself but had a passion for helping others with real-world problems.  She received her Basic and Advanced Human Behavior Certification training from Personality Insights, Inc in Atlanta, Georgia and founded Happy People Enterprises in 2005.  She works with citizens, industry and business professionals and government agencies to help them improve their communication skills. She is also a frequent guest speaker for professional organizations.  Her coaching style is innovative, fun and engaging! You will find she is a generous source of information.

Pam is a part-time consultant to the Weld County Health Department where she assists municipalities and community coalitions in creating the vision of how they want their communities to look in the future. She is actively involved in professional organizations to include the American Society for Training and Development - Northern Rockies Chapter and the Northern Colorado Cowboy Church where she is a Youth Leader. She has recently become a Certified Wait Training Instructor, a program that teaches teenagers relationship education skills as well as abstinence until marriage skills.
